How to innovate local territorial VET systems? What are the development trajectories and emerging scenarios of vocational and adult education and training?
How does the work of trainers change and what skills are most required?
Will training system designers need to get the most out of change?
SFC – Sistemi Formativi Confindustria consortium, which brings together about 80 members including VET Providers, Universities and Business Schools of the Confindustria system, have realized an interesting online meeting open to the public to share possible answers to these questions.
Using the resources developed by the members in the last 3 years of participation in the Erasmus+ Programme, during the events, invited experts and participants tried to assess the feasibility of an emerging profile of Companies Learning Processes Facilitator able to act at local territorial level, as outlined within the E+ – SEAL Project – Senior Learning Facilitator.
The collaborative training experiences stimulated the discussion on which trajectories the innovation of training in business and vocational training centers can take.
